Queen Elizabeth II has reportedly warned Prince William and Prince Harry about their priorities.

In her book, “Harry: Conversations With The Prince,” author Angela Levin claimed that the 92-year-old monarch reminded her grandsons to always think of the nation’s needs before their own. The Queen is also worried that the siblings' priorities are no longer focused on modernizing the monarchy.

“Harry’s vision includes the young royals’ right to an ordinary life, where their duty to each other and their children may come before or alongside their duty to the nation. This is known to concern the Queen, who, insiders say has quietly told both Harry and William to think first of the nation’s needs rather than their own,” she wrote.

In recent years, the Queen has been scaling down her official tasks to give way to the next generation of royals. But despite her attempts to slow down, it seems that the Queen is having a hard letting go of something that’s been close to her heart for years.

Last year, she completed a total of 125 official engagements. This is a 25 percent increase from her engagements from the previous year.

In related news, the Queen shouldn’t be worried about Prince Charles and Princess Diana’s sons not modernizing the monarchy. After all, Prince Harry previously said that doing so is one of his biggest plans.

“The monarchy is a force for good and we want to carry on the positive atmosphere that the Queen has achieved for over 60 years, but we won’t be trying to fill her boots. We are involved in modernizing the British monarchy. We are not doing this for ourselves but for the greater good of the people. The Queen has been fantastic in letting us choose. She tells us to take our time,” Prince Harry said (via Express).
