Queen Elizabeth's upcoming big celebration will be poignant, according to a film producer.

The Queen will be celebrating her 70 years on the throne next month. Royal expert Nick Bullen, also dubbed "the King of Royal TV," weighed in on what fans could expect from the Platinum Jubilee celebration next month.

"It's going to be great," he told Us Weekly Tuesday. "The image of the queen on the balcony after Trooping the Color on the first day of the full weekend — I think that will be a very poignant moment."

Queen Elizabeth will appear on the balcony for Trooping the Color, an annual parade to mark her birthday. This year, she will also commemorate her milestone as the longest-reigning monarch in Britain. The Jubilee will be a four-day celebration, and it will kick off on June 2.

Even if the event is still a few days away, Bullen said that the public could already feel that it would be emotional. The 96-year-old monarch has mobility issues and has canceled several appearances at major events, including the State Opening of Parliament earlier this month, which was the first time she skipped in almost six decades.

In the same week, the Queen attended the Windsor Horse Show's "A Gallop Through History" event, and there was a "spontaneous applause" when the crowd saw Queen Elizabeth, according to Bullen.

"People were so thrilled to see her," the True Royalty TV cofounder said. "When she left, there were literally people sobbing around me. There was almost not a dry eye in the house because I think a lot of people were feeling that this might be the last moment they see the queen in person."

The Queen will appear on the balcony on Thursday, June 2, for Trooping the Color. The British monarch decided to limit the royal lineup to those still working for the firm, so Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and Prince Andrew will not be there.

"After careful consideration, the Queen has decided that this year's traditional Trooping the Color balcony appearance on Thursday, 2nd of June, will be limited to Her Majesty and those members of the Royal Family who are currently undertaking official public duties on behalf of the Queen," a Buckingham Palace spokesman said in a statement earlier this month.

Although the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the Duchess of York will not be making a balcony appearance, they are expected to attend the Thanksgiving Service at St. Paul's Cathedral.
