Scott Disick has been gracious in dealing with Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's recent wedding announcement. He reportedly does not want to cause any drama as the Poosh founder celebrates a new chapter in her life.

"Scott has been trying to be respectful of Kourtney and Travis and let them have their moment," a source told ET. However, Disick feels "a bit out of the loop with everything going on with them."

"Travis and Scott are cordial, but they aren't overly chill with one another. Scott knows it's Kourtney's day and she wants to avoid any drama," said the source, adding that Kourtney is glad to finally be able to call Barker her husband. "Kourtney is so happy to call Travis her husband and can't wait for their wedding celebration."

Following their "practice wedding" in Las Vegas on April 4, the couple got legally married in Santa Barbara, California, on Sunday with their closest family and friends in attendance. They are planning to hold a bigger and more extravagant Italian wedding in the near future.

It was previously revealed that Disick was spending time with their three kids – Mason, Penelope and Reign – when Kourtney tied the knot with Barker. He took to his Instagram Stories on Sunday to share photos and videos of himself hanging out with the kids in his backyard pool, confirming that they were also not present at the nuptials.

In the May 5 episode of "The Kardsahians," it was revealed that the children did not take the news of their mom's engagement to Barker well. During the engagement party, Kourtney felt down because of the absence of her kids, saying, "I do wish that my kids were here. I think it would have made them feel more included in the decision, kind of, and like part of the surprise."

Later in the episode, Khloe Kardashian tried to comfort Kourtney, saying, "I think they think they're losing their dad. I don't think they think they're losing their mom. They think their dad is gone, and you're replacing him. When you're a kid, you think you have to pick one."
