“Selling Sunset” star Jason Oppenheim is setting the record straight about his love life after romance rumors began circulating when he was spotted with Sharna Burgess.

Oppenheim opened up about the “Dancing with the Stars” pro to Us Weekly, describing her as “super cool.” He said that although Burgess is “really awesome,” there’s “nothing romantic” going on between them and they only went out for lunch a few times.

“I’m not huge on dating. Obviously COVID just doesn’t make it that easy anyway. But you know, I’ve got my little kiddos and I’ve got my Netflix account and I got a one room house and I just feel like it’s hard to beat that,” Oppenheim revealed Thursday.

He added that a woman needs to be “impressive” to be able to convince him to go out because he prefers to hang out with his friends than with random women. Despite this, Oppenheim said that he is open to the idea of getting married if he meets the right person.

However, because he is “very happy” and is “definitely not going to settle” for now.

The real estate broker also said that when he does date someone, his co-stars have to give their thumbs up. “I felt like [Chrishell Stause] and Mary [Fitzgerald] and Amanza [Smith] totally have to approve of the girls I date,” he explained.

Oppenheim expects to do the same for his co-stars, especially Stause, who called it quits with ex-husband Justin Hartley last year. He went on to say that he and Fitzgerald have to meet the guy regardless of whether the 39-year-old likes it or not.

“I mean, she always makes a good decision and she’ll be with a really solid dude,” he explained.

The news comes three weeks after Oppenheim bought a $5.1 million mansion in Los Angeles, though he told People that he has no plans of moving into the house. He explained that the four-bedroom property attracted him because it is in Hollywood Hills, gated, and has breathtaking views, among many others.

“I'm always looking for special properties, and when I saw this house I just fell in love with it,” he said.

Apparently, Jeremy Renner, who played Hawkeye in “Avengers,” built the house in 2008 and sold it in 2013.
