Every Marvel movie has at least one thing in common: a Stan Lee cameo. However, after the comic book publisher’s death last year, fans are wondering if they’ve seen the final Stan Lee cameo. Luckily, there’s at least one more in store.

Lee will have a cameo appearance in Marvel Studios’ “Avengers: Endgame,” out April 26. “It’s his last one committed to film,” co-director Joe Russo told Mashable.

The wording implies that fans might still get to see Lee in other ways. Movies like “Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse” and “Big Hero 6” included animated versions of Lee. “Daredevil” and the other now-defunct Netflix shows included photos of Lee dressed as a police officer on plaques, posters and advertisements. “Deadpool 2” showed Lee as a mural while the Freeform TV show “Marvel’s Cloak and Dagger” showed him in an Andy Warhol-esque painting.

Marvel projects will likely find creative ways to incorporate Stan Lee easter eggs moving forward. Fans will find out how the films will handle the situation in “Spider-Man: Far From Home,” due out July 5.

Though his final cameo will be in “Avengers: Endgame,” Lee was also honored in “Captain Marvel,” the first Marvel Studios release after his death. The Disney-owned company changed their logo to have clips of Lee rather than the Avengers. The opening clip ended with a black screen that said, “Thank you Stan.”

During a press tour stop in Seoul, Hawkeye actor Jeremy Renner was asked by CNA what Lee might have thought of “Avengers: Endgame” if he had the chance to watch it. Renner said Lee will be watching it.

“He’s going to be watching it, brother. He’s watching it. He’s in all of us. He’s going to be watching it,” he said.

Lee died on Nov. 12, 2018. His cause of death was cardiac arrest, which was brought on by respiratory and congestive heart failure. He was 95.

“Avengers: Endgame,” directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, hits theaters April 26. The cast includes Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Renner, Brie Larson, Karen Gillan, Paul Rudd, Gwyneth Paltrow, Danai Gurira, Tessa Thompson, Bradley Cooper, Don Cheadle and Josh Brolin.
