The following article contains “Star Wars: Episode 9” spoilers.

The remains of the second Death Star, which was destroyed in “Return of the Jedi,” will be found on an oceanic moon. According to Bespin Bulletin the location is being called Kef Bir. This is not the location for the final battle in the film, but it is where the new character Jannah (Naomi Ackie) is from.

Fans of the franchise who have watched the Original Trilogy will remember that the second Death Star was destroyed over the forested moon of Endor. Kef Bir appears to be one of the moons in the system, and the remains of the massive weapons system may have been dumped there to avoid causing problems to the inhabited moon.

Meanwhile, Making Star Wars has shared some details about the final “Star Wars: Episode 9” trailer. The exotic new location that was teased in the recently released video shows a massive ice base in space. The location is reportedly controlled by the Resistance, and the heroes will meet an informant there who will tell them about Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) planning something deadly in the Unknown Regions of the galaxy.

The scene of a Star Destroyer breaking through the surface of a planet is said to be on the planet Exogol, where Palpatine (Ian McDiarmid) has been hiding, and this is the opening shot of the movie. The shots of Rey with her lightsaber up is also from this planet and the scene takes place when she realizes Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) has come to help her take on the Emperor.

There is also a huge explosion in the “Star Wars: Episode 9” trailer. This is said to be the destruction of the planet. Bespin Bulletin believes that it is the planet Kijimi that is destroyed.
