Gainers

Salesforce.com Inc. (NYSE:CRM) shares surged 8.19 percent to $145.32 in aftermarket hours after the company raised its revenue guidance for fiscal year 2012 in the range of $2.03 billion to $2.05 billion from $1.97 billion to $2.0 billion projected earlier.

Sandridge Energy Inc. (NYSE:SD) shares gained 7.95 percent to $9.91 in post market trading session after the company said its fourth quarter loss sharply narrowed to $208.02 million or $0.53 per share from $434.24 million or $2.36 per share in the same quarter a year-ago.

FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE:FCN) shares advanced 7.78 percent to $35.73 in post market trading session despite lower fourth quarter earnings. The company reported fourth quarter net income of $10.68 million or $0.23 per share compared to $36.57 million or $0.71 per share in the same period a year-ago. Revenue rose to $356.2 million from $342.9 million.

Clean Harbors, Inc. (NYSE:CLH) shares advanced 5.2 percent to $94.91 in post market trading session. Credit Suisse Raised Price Target on CLH and maintained “outperform” rating as the company reported better-than-expected fourth quarter earnings.

Losers

Sturm, Ruger & Co. (NYSE:RGR) shares plunged 7.88 percent to $15.66 in post market trading session. The company reported fourth quarter net income of $10.68 million or $0.23 per share compared to $36.57 million or $0.71 per share in the same quarter a year-ago.

RailAmerica, Inc. (NYSE:RA) shares declined 7.8 percent to $13.35 in aftermarket trading session. Its shares surged 8.46 percent to $14.48 in regular trading session.

Cinemark Holdings Inc. (NYSE:CNK) shares declined 6.14 percent to $18.66 in aftermarket trading session as the company fourth quarter profit declined due to lower revenue and rise in interest expense. Fourth quarter net income declined to $38.01 million or $0.33 per share compared to $39.86 million or $0.36 per share in the same period a year-ago.

Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR) shares declined 6.02 percent to $25.91 in post market trading session. The company swung to fourth quarter loss of $65.3 million or $0.57 per share compared to profit of $79.8 million or $0.68 per share in the same quarter a year-ago.

Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:TYL) shares declined 5.86 percent to $20.72 in aftermarket trading session.
