Ladish Co. Inc. (LDSH) surged 54.28 percent to $45.25 in the pre-market trading after it agreed to be acquired by Allegheny Technologies Inc. (ATI) for about $778 million or $48 a share. The transaction is expected to be completed in early 2011.

BSD Medical Corp. (BSDM) soared 3.58 percent to $6.36 in the pre-market session. The company said Cancer Treatment Centers of America at Western Regional Medical Center, located in the metropolitan Phoenix area, has purchased a BSD-500 Hyperthermia System.

Immunomedics Inc. (IMMU) moved up 2.64 percent to $3.50 in the pre-market trading.

Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (CLNE) jumped 2.17 percent to $14.13 in the pre-market trading.

Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. (BRCD) rose 1.57 percent to $5.83 in the pre-market trading.

Baidu, Inc. (BIDU) improved 1.30 percent to $104.95 in the pre-market session.

Research In Motion Limited (RIMM) grew 1.24 percent to $56.99 in the pre-market session.

Fifth Third Bancorp (FITB) gained 1.03 percent to $12.81 in the pre-market trading.

Akamai Technologies Inc. (AKAM) increased 0.97 percent to $47.08 in the pre-market session.

Power-One Inc. (PWER) moved up 0.89 percent to $9.02 in the pre-market trading.
