Michael Bay’s fourth installment in the "Transformers" franchise is already building buzz for its exceptional graphics and the triumphant return of moviegoers’ favorite Autobots.

But ahead of Friday's release of "Transformers: Age of Extinction," it was the film’s lengthy trailer that had people talking. Featuring an endless mashup of pans, trucks and overly dramatic lines from a reworked cast of main characters, the trailer seems more like an exhausting mini-movie than an engaging teaser for the project.

Though the movie has received dismal reviews for its weak storyline and obvious lack of coherence, its saving grace remains its big battle scenes – full of explosions, flames and utter destruction. And luckily for viewers of the trailer, the majority of those blazing moments are on full display in the montage of scenes from the film. It is around two minutes too long, according to some. But hey, at least the trailer captures the best thing the film has to offer -- a spectacular show of smoke and shiny, metal mirrors.

What do you think? Was the trailer for "Transformers 4" ridiculously long or did you enjoy the action-stuffed teaser? Let us know your thoughts with the poll below.
