Vanessa Bryant bought her sister-in-law, Sharia Washington, an expensive present.

Vanessa purchased a brand new Tesla for her late husband Kobe Bryant's sister. She shared a photo and video on Instagram when she handed Washington her surprise.

"Surprise @shariawash! We love you!!!" she wrote in the caption.

In the clip, Vanessa is seen surprising Washington with a white Tesla with a giant red bow on the hood. Kobe's sister is visibly speechless. She covers her mouth while smiling and puts her hands in the air while saying, "I can't take it, I can't take it."

Vanessa walks close and wipes her tears. Then she opens the door and convinces Washington to enter the car and sit on the driver's seat.

Washington starts to cry while Vanessa rubs her shoulder.

"Oh my God.. I need to do a tutorial," Washington says in the clip.

Many praised Vanessa for her generosity to Kobe's family. They were very impressed with her present.

"Oh here come the tears that was so sweet! Such a beautiful gift!" Jeanette Jenkins commented.

"You’re an amazing friend!!!" Noah Graham added.

"So sweet! Go Ria! Whip that Tesla," Ciara commented.

"Who’s the best sister in law ........V....... I’m sure your husband is so proud of you," another follower stated.

Meanwhile, Vanessa's mom Laine sued her for financial support in December after Vanessa denied that she was the family's "longtime personal assistant and nanny."

"All I wanted is what I worked for. Vanessa, despite everything that I have been promised and done for her and the family, has attempted to sever all ties and renege on all obligations and agreements," Laine said.

"Why would she do this to her own mother?" she continued. "I am so disappointed, hurt, and wronged to the point that I had no choice but to file a lawsuit. I am nearly 70 years old, my health is deteriorating, and my own daughter is doing this to me?"

Meanwhile, Bryant accused her mom of extortion over the "hurtful" lawsuit. She claimed that her mom wanted to extort $5 million from them after Laine sued her into what Vanessa branded as a "frivolous, disgraceful and unimaginably hurtful" lawsuit.

Kobe and Vanessa Bryant
Although Vanessa seemed friendly towards ex Kobe Bryant, their arrangement is still on. The L.A. Times reported that there haven’t been any changes made to the divorce case, and the Vanessa will continue to separate from the Lakers player. The two have been married for 10 years, and filed for divorce this past Dec., but the process won’t be finalized until June. And according to TMZ, sources revealed that a reunion between the two wouldn’t be surprising. Reuters
