Wonder Woman turned out to be a wonderful addition to “Saturday Night Live.” Gal Gadot hosted the second episode of Season 43, and it’s clear that the superhero actress knows how to make audiences laugh. Watch some of her best sketches:

Opening Monologue For her introduction, Gadot discussed her Israeli roots and said “SNL” was being broadcast live in her home country. She spoke in Hebrew to send a special message to her family: “The writers here clearly know nothing about Israel. In every sketch they have me eating hummus.”

Gadot went on to talk about Wonder Woman, at which point Leslie Jones came out in her own Amazonian outfit. She’s the Times Square Wonder Woman. “You know how you take pictures with young girls who look up to you? I do the same with German tourists,” Jones quipped.

“E! New Line Up” Gadot isn’t really a master of impressions, but this ad is still hilarious. The commercial advertises E!’s new line up of silly reality shows. One shows Kendall Jenner (Gadot), Gigi Hadid (Gadot) and Bella Hadid (Kate McKinnon) just repeatedly getting lost in a big house. Another shows Kanye West (Chris Redd) constantly hiding from “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” cameras, and then Melissa Villaseñor and new cast member Luke Null do their best Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton impressions.

“Themyscira” In this “Wonder Woman” parody, it isn’t Steve Trevor who stumbles upon the island of Amazonian warriors. Instead, Dre (Aidy Bryant) and Megan (Kate McKinnon) were looking for an island of lesbians and are pretty surprised to find that they don’t identify that way. “It’s like we’re in a porn but the plumber is just genuinely there to fix the pipes,” Bryant’s character says. Gadot and McKinnon even share a kiss, but it seems the Amazonians really aren’t lesbians.

“Mirage” In this skit, the “Justice League” star plays a hallucination of what Keenan Thompson’s stranded cameraman wants most. Beck Bennett’s mirage isn’t as lust-worthy. He keeps seeing the Jamba Juice staff yelling at him to pick up his drink. Even when he starts to picture Gadot behind the smoothie counter, the aggressive staff kick her out.

“First Date” Thompson and Gadot play two Bumble users on a first date in this “SNL” sketch. Thompson’s character quickly confirms that Gadot’s character was in a war-torn country in the ‘90s, so that took up most of her attention. She doesn’t realize that she’s on a date with O.J. Simpson.

“Saturday Night Live” airs Saturdays at 11:30 p.m. EDT on NBC.
