  • The TV host told the paparazzi that she’s "doing fabulous"
  • Williams didn't respond to the rumored cancellation of her talk show

Wendy Williams has not returned to her talk show yet, but she has assured her fans that more "Wendy stuff" is coming their way.

Williams is still recovering from her ongoing health issues. She was recently spotted exiting a wellness center in Miami. Video footage of her sighting was uploaded on Instagram by The Shade Room Wednesday.

Williams was seen leaving the facility barefoot and wearing a red Versace robe while being assisted by her driver to her car. As they were making their way to the waiting vehicle, the host responded to some of the questions of the paparazzi but decided to dodge the one about her daytime talk show's rumored cancellation.

"Hey, Wendy, are you sad about the show being canceled? Any plans for a new show?" the man behind the camera asked her.

There are rumors that "The Wendy Williams Show" is being canceled in her absence. At present, it is still filming with a rotating roster of guest hosts. However, there are speculations that Sherri Shepherd will take over her purple chair soon, as stated in The Shade Room’s caption for the post.

When the paparazzi wished the celebrity well, Williams responded positively. "Everyone does hope you feel better," the man behind the camera told her. She then replied, "Thank you!"

The paparazzi added, "Good luck, so worried about you." Williams didn't look back but said "thank you very much" and assured the paparazzi that "it's fine." He also asked how Williams recovery was going because everyone seemed to be very worried for her.

"Wendy is doing fabulous," Williams said in the third person as she entered the SUV. The paparazzi asked if she had more words for her fans.

"Lots more Wendy stuff," Williams responded.

"That's good to hear. Love it! Thank you, thanks, Wendy," the paparazzi said.

The post on Instagram received several comments, with many fans hoping for her to return to her show soon because they already miss her. Several were also happy because the host appeared to be making great progress.

"Looks like she’s turning it around. I’m sure she’ll be back," media personality Jerome Trammel commented.

"So good to see her walking. I miss her so much!" another fan wrote.

In November, Williams gave an update about her condition. According to her, she was making progress, but it was taking longer than expected.

"I’m a woman of a certain age, and I know enough to listen to my doctors and will return to my purple chair as soon as we all agree I’m ready," she wrote.

Williams thanked her fans for their prayers and comments that made her feel loved. She also assured them that she was doing her best to get back to work.

"I love spending my mornings with you all and I’m doing everything I can to get back to work, but right now Wendy has to focus on Wendy. I love you for watching," she concluded.
