Chrissy Teigen took to social media at the end of September to announce that she and her husband, musician Jon Legend, lost their baby, Jack. On Saturday, Teigen posted on Twitter that she had honored Jack with a tattoo.

In the tweet, she posted a photo of her wrist with the name, “Jack,” written in a cursive font. It comes just right below her tattoo that strings together Jon’s, Luna’s and Miles’ names, which Legend also has on his forearm.

Jack was going to be the couple’s third child next to Luna, 4, and Miles, 2. The Sports Illustrated model explained her rare situation in an Instagram post and touched on what happened during her pregnancy.

“We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before. We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough,” she said.

“At this point I had already come to terms with what would happen: I would have an epidural and be induced to deliver our 20 week old, a boy that would have never survived in my belly (please excuse these simple terms),” Teigen posted on Medium.

Many fans and followers replied to her tattoo tweet with their own stillborn tattoos to honor their children and even giving some the strength to finally get their own.

One user replied to the photo saying, “I’ve been trying to find the best tattoo to represent my stillborn son for 13 years. I love your tattoo for jack.”

Teigen replied, “Let’s help you find something you love. Maybe one s shape, a swirl of air around you.”
