Friends and family have been flocking to the bedside of Lamar Odom all day to support him as he fights for his life after being found unconscious at the Love Ranch South brothel in Nevada Tuesday afternoon. Odom's two children will soon be by his side, but it's unknown if their mother, his ex-girlfriend Liza Morales, will be joining them.

An unverified Twitter account reportedly belonging to Morales posted the following Tupac Shakur quote after news broke that Odom was hospitalized:

Odom and Morales never married, but they did have three children together: 17-year-old daughter Destiny, 13-year-old Lamar Odom Jr. and Jayden Odom, who died at six and a half months from SIDS. While Morales hasn't publicly commented yet, the children are reportedly en route to the Las Vegas hospital to be by their father's side. Ex-wife Khloé Kardashian rushed to the hospital after Odom was taken there following being found unconscious, Us Weekly reports. Kardashian and Odom married in September 2009 and finalized their divorce this past July.

In March 2013, Morales wrote an open letter that can be found on the Daily Beast that shared how she felt when she learned Odom would marry Kardashian. Odom and Morales met when they were in ninth grade and started dating once they were in 11th. The two talked about marriage, but she says Odom would say, "NBA marriages never lasted."

"I don’t think I’ll forget the tight knot I felt in the pit of my stomach the morning I received the text message with three simple words on the screen. It read 'I’m getting married' and it was from the man I’d spent more than 10 years of my life with," she wrote. She also was shocked that Odom was willing to marry Kardashian after knowing her for four weeks.

According to the Daily Mail, there were reports that Odom and Morales were going to reconcile in December 2013 after he split from Kardashian. But she quickly took to Twitter to shoot down those rumors.

"The new rumors are so ridiculously false, they are actually somewhat comedic," she wrote. "Being cordial is always beneficial when children are involved."

Morales was also on the TLC show "Starter Wives," which features the exes of rapper 50 Cent and DMX. She chose to go on the show to deal with "tabloid lies" from all the attention the media was putting on Odom after he married Kardashian.

"Though some frown upon my decision to do a reality show, I agreed to be a part of 'Starter Wives' so I could tell my own story of how things unfolded after Lamar married Khloé. We weren’t really together, so I didn’t fall apart as many have suggested," she told the Daily Beast.

Odom is currently being treated for a drug overdose, according to E! Online. A source says he remains unconscious and attached to a ventilator.
