On Election Day, Republican nominee Donald Trump took to "Fox and Friends" to speak of his long road to the Oval Office adding that one of the things he learned on this journey was that the “people of this country were amazing.” He also used the platform to tell the U.S. how proud he was of his children. Some of them, at least.

“I’m very proud of my children. I mean, I’m just looking at them right now as an example ... but I’m very proud ‘cause Don and Eric and Ivanka and, you know, to a lesser extent ‘cause she just got out of school, out of college, but, uh, Tiffany, who’s also been so terrific. I mean, they work so hard,” Trump said.

His youngest daughter, Tiffany, had mostly stayed away from the campaign trail making her first major debut at the Republican National Convention (RNC) in July. The 23-year-old is Trump’s daughter with former wife Marla Maples, an actress he wed in 1993 and divorced in 1999.

In an email to the New York Times in October, Trump said of his daughter: “Tiffany is a tremendous young woman with a big and beautiful heart. She was always a great student and a very popular person no matter where she went. I am incredibly proud of Tiffany and how well she has done.”

A double major in sociology and urban studies from her father’s alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania, Tiffany Trump is a singer and model. She released a single “Like A Bird” in 2014, which most reviewers on Amazon said “sounds like a robot singing.”

When she was 1-year-old, her billionaire father said: “She’s got Marla’s legs. We don’t know whether or not she’s got this part [at which point Trump had his hands cupped in front of his chest to indicate her future bosom] yet but time will tell.”

After their divorce, Trump had provided for Maples and Tiffany financially but the latter was primarily raised by her mother.

“My mom and I have always been very close. I think she did raise me as a single mom,” Tiffany told the "Oprah Winfrey Show."

“Growing up, we were always together and I know my friends — everyone at home — is like, ‘Wow, you guys have a really good relationship.’”

At the RNC, Tiffany described the real estate mogul as a “strong, protective, kind, endearing man I’m proud to call my father.”
