Although Meghan Markle has a team of employees to cater to her requests and demands, one relationship expert believes the Duchess of Sussex will feel overwhelmed after she gives birth to the royal baby.

Meghan and Prince Harry are expected to welcome their first child together any day now, and while becoming a parent is exciting, adjusting to parenthood could be a challenge.

Relationship expert Sheela Mackintosh-Stewart told Express UK, she believes Meghan will be “terrified” by the “pressure for perfection” when it comes to motherhood. “She may question if she is up to the task of motherhood and whether she’ll be able to maintain a sense of self and still take care of herself,” she said.

Mackintosh-Stewart suggested Meghan won’t be the only one feeling anxious when the royal baby arrives. The relationship expert believes Prince Harry will be just as clueless about raising a baby as his wife.

“Despite devouring all the baby books and attending prenatal classes, the royal couple will discover like most parents that they are totally unprepared for the emotional and physical upheavals unleashed by their bundle of joy.”

However, the commentator insists as soon as Meghan accepts she won’t achieve perfection, she will feel more relaxed in her role as a mom. “Embracing this truth quickly can free her unrealistic expectations and anxieties and allow her to enjoy the wonderful experience of motherhood,” Mackintosh-Stewart explained.

While Meghan and Prince Harry may be unprepared for what parenthood has in store for them, the renovations on their new home, Frogmore House, have been completed and is set up for the family of three to create lasting memories.
