A lot has been said about Quentin Tarantino’s tenth and final movie. Many reports suggested that he will helm a “Star Trek” movie in the coming years, but the director has made it clear that he might not be able to direct the movie because of some personal issues. So what does Tarantino has in mind for his final film? And can fans expect to see the movie soon?

Tarantino’s long-time collaborator and close pal Shannon McIntosh has the answer. Speaking in an interview with NME, the producer revealed that the fans might have to wait for a longer period to see the tenth and final movie by the “Pulp Fiction” helmer because he is busy working on other projects right now. She further stated that Tarantino wants to focus on other projects before doing his final film.

“I don't know! He has many things he's thinking about. He has some other projects he may do before his last (film),” McIntosh said.

McIntosh has served as one of the producers in Tarantino’s movies like “Django Unchained” and “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood,” which has been nominated for a whopping 10 Academy Awards.

Talking further about Tarantino’s plans, McIntosh added that there is no pressure from his frequent collaborators to make the last film. Everyone wants to be associated with him and be with him when the last film arrives.

“We are going to try and not rush into that last movie, so he can keep creating amazing art that we can all enjoy. I hope to the end that we are working together, we have had a wonderful collaboration so far,” McIntosh said.

In November last year, the “Kill Bill” helmer first revealed that he needs to complete some other projects before even thinking about his last film. He revealed his plans to finish making a TV series, writing a book and a play before returning to the big screen.

In related news, Tarantino’s latest film, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie and Julia Butters in pivotal roles, will be looking forward to the Academy Awards on Sunday, where it is nominated in 10 categories. The movie has been nominated in all the major categories like Best Picture, a Directing nod for Tarantino and acting noms for DiCaprio and Pitt.
