Princess Beatrice may or may not wear a tiara at her royal wedding.

The upcoming royal wedding is surrounded with controversy as the bride’s father Prince Andrew is involved in the Epstein scandal. Due to this, some are wondering if Princess Beatrice has been banned from wearing a tiara on her big day.

Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle both wore tiaras when they walked down the aisle. Princess Eugenie also wore one on her big day.

The Duchess of Cambridge sported the Cartier Halo tiara which features 49 baguette-cut diamonds and 739 brilliant-cut diamonds. Her tiara was estimated to cost between $969,000 to $1.5 million.

Meanwhile, the Duchess of Sussex wore the sparkly Queen Mary Diamond Bandeau that is valued at over $2.5 million. However, Princess Eugenie wore the most extravagant and spectacular tiara. Prince William and Prince Harry’s cousin wore the Greville Emerald Kokoshnik tiara or Boucheron tiara.

According to royal expert Geoffrey Munn, Princess Beatrice is allowed to wear a tiara and it is unlikely that the Queen will ban her despite the family fallouts happening recently. However, Princess Eugenie’s sister is reportedly planning to have a low-key wedding after her younger sister was ridiculed for costing the taxpayers about $2.5 million for security.

“Beatrice has said she and Edo are looking at alternative venues because she wants something different,” Princess Beatrice’s close pal said.

“The wedding will not be in Italy and from what they are saying it won’t be in St George’s Chapel, Windsor, either. There have been three big Royal weddings there in the past year or so and I’m not sure that’s what Bea wants. Edo has a child, there’s the situation with his ex, and Beatrice might just feel something more low-key might be more fitting.”

Netizens believe that Prince Andrew ruined Princess Beatrice royal wedding with his latest controversy. Royal fans are convinced that it could have been better if the Duke of York did not speak up.

An insider said earlier that Princess Beatrice is considering to ban her father on her big day. She reportedly doesn’t want any drama to ruin her wedding.
