‘Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon’ Episode 38 Isn't Airing This Week; New Release Date [Spoilers]

The Black Pearl has Moroha’s parents sealed inside but she is hesitating to unlock it and meet them. Before she could do anything with it, Kirinmaru snatches the pearl from her. "Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon" Episode 38 is expected to showcase Moroha fighting for the pearl. The new episode is titled "Kirinmaru of the Dawn."

There is no new episode releasing this week as the anime remains on a one-week hiatus. "Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon" Episode 38 is now scheduled to broadcast on Jan. 8, 2022.

The official promo trailer of Episode 38 shows Kirinmaru telling Moroha to chase Akuru, steal her pinwheel and bring it to him. He threatens her saying if she doesn’t follow his commands, she can say goodbye to her parents within the Black Pearl.

The Black Pearl is connected to where the Dog-Demon of the West was laid to rest. However, now his half-demon son and the priestess who destroyed the Shikon Jewel are sealed inside the pearl.

Kirinmaru wants Moroha to bring him Akuru. It appears the pinwheel is the Windmill of Time that can take someone to the world that lies beyond space and time. The trailer concludes with Sesshomaru and Kirinmaru advancing toward each other as the Degenerate Age begins.

“Towa is consumed by rage and loneliness. Setsuna tries to stop her from killing Zero because the curse on their mother cannot be lifted unless Zero lets go of her regrets. Sesshomaru gives Moroha the Black Pearl,” read the official synopsis of Episode 37, according to Crunchyroll.
