She has been trying to toe the line between both sides as she keeps the secret regarding JT’s murder. However, Sharon may finally be forced to reveal everything she knows about that night and destroy a new chance at romance with Rey in the process on the Wednesday, Feb. 13 episode of “The Young and the Restless.”

Rey (Jordi Villasousa) has finally had enough with his wife, Mia (Noemi Gonzalez), after she called out his brother’s name during sex on the CBS soap. As a result, he will finally seek out what he has felt is there with Sharon (Sharon Case) all along—feelings they both have denied because of the other people who have been in their lives. Unfortunately, any romance between the two could come to a quick end when he discovers Sharon has another connection to the night of JT’s (Thad Luckinbill) murder and demands answers.

“Sharon hears something stunning,” spoilers reveal.

Though hearing Rey admit he loves her will be stunning, realizing he had figured out she hasn’t been honest will also be stunning, especially with the way the case of JT’s murder has changed in recent days.

Rey was about to bring Victor (Eric Braden) to the courthouse for his trial in the murder when Nikki (Melody Scott Thomas) wound up confessing to the crime instead. She is now in custody and has maintained that she followed JT and argued with him in Chancellor Park, altering the real story to prevent Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Sharon from also going down for the crime. He has figured there is something that she’s hiding and vowed to find evidence. Now, he may have it.

With him realizing there’s more to Sharon’s story now, it could mean the time has finally come for her to confess the truth—officially putting all of the women involved in the murder and cover-up at risk for good.

“The Young and the Restless” airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
