They’ve both just learned that they may actually be half-brothers, but Victor will do whatever he can to try and keep Jack from getting confirmation—starting with a warning to his enemy on the Tuesday, Sept. 18 episode of “The Young and the Restless.”

Jack (Peter Bergman) had renewed his search for his biological father on the CBS soap and was after the identity of one man in the photograph of Dina (Marla Adams) in particular since he wasn’t sure who he was. After Mariah (Camryn Grimes) shared the photo on GC Buzz, Victor recognized the man in question as his own father, Albert Miller. He wanted to make sure Jack never found out the truth, but it wasn’t long before Matt Miller revealed who the man was. Though Abby (Melissa Ordway), who was in charge of getting the photograph ID’d, initially thought it was best not to tell Jack the truth, she eventually let him know. Jack was stunned because if Albert Miller is his father, it means he and Victor, who have been mortal enemies from day one, are actually half-brothers.

Since then, Jack has wondered if he should continue pursuing the matter since he isn’t sure he wants confirmation that he is related to Victor, but a new visit from his enemy could persuade him.

Y&R Spoilers tease that Jack gets a warning from Victor, and, not surprisingly, the other man isn’t pleased about the possibility that he’s related to the man he despises most in the world. His bigger focus, however, will be on whether or not Jack intends to take Newman Enterprises away from him if he is, in fact, a member of his family.

As a result, Victor will warn Jack to stay away from his company and family legacy, but since they’ve always had such an acrimonious relationship in the past, Jack will feel more encouraged than ever before to look into things—if only to irk Victor and scare him.

Now, with so much on the line, the feud between the two men will only heat up to a level it’s never quite yet reached—until now.

“The Young and the Restless” airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
