They were all gathered to celebrate Victor and his legacy, and the night was one that had gone beautifully. However, following a shocking and unexpected attack that saw Victoria stabbed, the Newman family will be thrown into crisis mode on the Friday, Feb. 21 episode of “The Young and the Restless.”

Victoria (Amelia Heinle) was stabbed at the gala honoring Victor (Eric Braeden) after Ripley (Christian Keyes) mistook her for Amanda (Michael Morgan) and decided to get revenge because he thought she was getting too close to Billy (Jason Thompson) on the CBS soap. Now, as more people learn about what happened to Victoria, the entire night and everything beautiful about it will be thrown into chaos.

“The Newman Enterprises gala is crashed resulting in chaos,” spoilers reveal.

Now, as Victoria is rushed to the hospital for surgery, the race will be on to also protect Amanda from her ex and find him before he can strike again, but also to save her life. Even though she may make it through the surgery following her injuries, there will still be some big risks that she could face. In addition, any recovery could be hindered if her situation results in new drama for her family.

Something else that will likely happen will be issues for Billy, who she was with when the attack happened. Since they recently split up again, no one really wants him around much, and because she was stabbed due to his being close to Amanda, he will also likely suffer some of the blame. That could affect his own mental state, which many have been questioning considering his recent behaviors, and if he is once again sent down a dark path, the consequences could be severe.

“The Young and the Restless” airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
