Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding is less than 3 months away, and there have been several rumors surrounding the couple’s big day.

However, it is important to not immediately believe in the reports unless it is confirmed by the Kensington Palace.

Here are some rumors regarding the royal couple’s wedding that may or may not be true since the palace has not confirmed it.

1 Meghan Markle’s Wedding Dress Designer

Roland Mouret was most recently rumored to design Markle’s wedding dress. During an interview, he said that he cannot say anything about the dress except that he and Markle are good friends. This led fans to believe that he is the one designing the former actress’ gown.

2 Royal Wedding Invitation - Celebrities

Earlier this month, Ed Sheeran and Elton John were rumored to attend Prince Harry and Markle’s May 19 wedding. The “Thinking Out Loud” singer later on said that he can’t make it because he will be in Ireland then.

John has not said anything about attending the wedding, but he reportedly canceled two of his shows on May 18 and 19 due to schedule conflicts.

3 Royal Wedding Inviation – Ex-Girlfriends

Prince Harry was also recently rumored to have invited his ex-girlfriends, Chelsy Davy and Cressida Bonas to his wedding. Richard Eden was quoted as saying, “Harry has stayed good friends with Chelsy and Cressida, so they will be there. He made sure there were no hard feelings when they split up. I don’t think Meghan will mind.”

However, Kensington Palace has not yet confirmed anything regarding the couple’s wedding guests.

As of late, the palace has only confirmed Markle and Prince Harry’s wedding date, time, and venue. Kensington has also announced that Markle and Prince Harry will have a carriage tour after their wedding at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle at 1 p.m. (8 a.m. EST). Reception will follow at St. George’s Hall for the guests of the congregation.
