The competition may have been on hiatus for a while due to unexpected programming changes because of the coronavirus, but Season 32 of “The Amazing Race” is finally about to debut on CBS—for real this time. However, fans won’t just have to tune in to see all the drama unfold.

On Oct. 14, a year and a half after Season 31 debuted on the network and following a delayed airdate from the summer, the newest season of the show, which filmed nearly two years ago, will finally start to air. However, unlike previous seasons, which have had a theme following casting decisions, this time around, the show is going back to basics with the teams that are participating.
