Eren points toward the endless ocean and wonders if he kills the enemies on the other side of the ocean, will they finally be free? "Attack on Titan" returns with Season 4 episodes featuring new characters and powerful enemies.

Twitter user AoTWiki shared the title of "Attack on Titan" Season 4, Episode 60. The final season's debut episode is called "The Other Side of the Ocean." Toward the end of Season 3, Eren, Mikasa, Armin and the others finally see the ocean for the first time.

Everyone takes off their shoes and play near the shore. However, Eren is quiet as he looks at the sky. All this while, he believed that beyond the walls of the kingdom and the ocean lies freedom. Unfortunately, the new adventure introduces even more powerful Titans.

"Attack on Titan" Season 4, Episode 60 is likely going to pick things from where Season 3 concludes.

Recently, director Yuichiro Hayashi commented on the finale season during MAPPA Showcase 2020.

"Nobody knows how the manga will end, but we will be able to reach the climax of this great story. It may be the 'end', but we will still have a long way to go," Hayashi said, according to Twitter user Attack On Fans who translated and tweeted the comment.

The main staff changed after the series switched from Wit Studio to MAPPA.

Shuhei Yabuta, 3D animation director, said, "Wit Studio is more like a traditional production studio, I don't mean it in a bad way, I mean making plans and production details. They work things out step by step and put in effort according to the procedure. Whereas MAPPA Studio is more flexible and adaptable depending on the situation. Although it may be imprudent at some point, we will always find an efficient way to achieve the desired results."

Hayashi added that he would describe it as "chaotic," but "exciting."

"Attack on Titan" Season 4 will premiere Sunday, 10:10 a.m. ET on Funimation and Crunchyroll.

The cast of the anime series includes Yuuki Kaji as Eren Jaeger, Yui Ishikawa as Mikasa Ackermann, Yoshimasa Hosoya as Reiner Braun, Takehito Koyasu as Zeke and Marina Inoue as Armin Arlelt.

Meanwhile, Anime News Network shared additional cast members who are voicing the warriors for the Marleyan government. The new members include Natsuki Hanae as Falco Grice, Manami Numakura as Pieck, Ayane Sakura as Gabi Braun, Toshiki Masuda as Porco Galliard, Yumi Kawashima as Zofia, Ayumu Murase as Udo and Masaya Matsukaze as Colt Grice.
