The BeyHive is buzzing furiously following the emergence of what appears to be a leaked snippet from Beyonce's music video for her track "Grown Woman."

The low-quality clip features some iconic Beyonce elements, induing fierce dance moves, an array of chic hair styles and one stunning appearance from Ms. Tina Knowles. Even Kelly Rowland makes a brief cameo in the video for the track that was released earlier this year.

It remains unclear if the leaked footage is from a scrapped video for the song or a part of a video that will be released soon. It could also be leftover material from the video used during her Ms. Carter Show World Tour performances of "Grown Woman." But that video is mainly comprised of beauty shots. And the additional dance sequences in the newly leaked snippet seems to hint that it is likely part of a different project.

Though it's a fairly short clip, it offers hope for many fans that something new from Queen Bey may be around the corner. Much of the year has been a waiting game for fans who -- following her world tour announcement in February -- expected Bey to return with a new album in 2013. But the year is almost over with no word from Beyonce's camp on the status of her next album or the release date for an official single from it.

Neither Beyonce nor her team have commented on the clip thus far. Until we hear official word on the random footage, the guessing will have to continue.
