‘Big Bang Theory’
What will Sheldon (Jim Parsons) do when Ramona (Riki Lindhome) starts to flirt with him in “Big Bang Theory” Season 10, episode 24? CBS

“Big Bang Theory” Season 10, episode 24 will see Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Amy (Mayim Bialik) living apart.

In “The Long Distance Dissonance,” Amy is already in Princeton for work, and Sheldon is back at home with their friends. The latter will cross paths with a woman named Ramona (Riki Lindhome), and she happens to have a huge crush on Sheldon. A photo released by CBS shows Sheldon and Ramona talking.

Showrunner Steve Molaro also told TV Line that Ramona will be taking advantage of Sheldon and the situation, and the genius will be totally blind to it. But even though Amy is away at Princeton, this does not mean that she will be absent from the episode. In fact, Molaro said that Amy will quickly catch up to what’s happening with Sheldon back home, and she won’t be happy to know that he and Ramona have been spending a lot of time together.

“She tells Penny and Bernadette to stay on top of things on her behalf while she’s 3000 miles away,” Molaro said.

Penny and Bernadette will definitely take matters into their own hands to make sure that Sheldon won’t go astray from his relationship with Amy. The showrunner added that even if Penny, Amy and Bernadette don’t always agree on things, they will still have each other’s backs all the time.

Molaro also revealed that the finale episode of “Big Bang Theory” Season 10 will end with a shocking cliffhanger. “In the ‘Big Bang’ writers’ room, we like to write stories that make us nervous. Because then it feels like it matters. Well, this ending is one of those,” he said.

The final scene of “Big Bang Theory” Season 10, episode 24 could certainly go two ways. One of the storylines could show Sheldon being unfaithful to Amy, and the other could have him remain a loyal man.

The cliffhanger will also set the tone for Season 11 since CBS has already renewed the sitcom for two more seasons. Each season will have a total of 24 episodes each, so there will be plenty of opportunities for Sheldon to redeem himself if he will ever make a mistake. On the contrary, Sheldon and Amy’s relationship may lead to a possible wedding sometime in Season 11 or 12.

According to Variety, all seven cast members of “Big Bang Theory” will reprise their roles in Seasons 11 and 12. The original five stars, namely, Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Johnny Galecki, Simon Helberg and Kunal Nayyar, were the first ones to finalize their deals with the network. Originally, they were supposed to receive $1 million per episode for the next two seasons. However, they decided to cut $100,000 each from their per-episode salary to give Bialik and Melissa Rauch their well-deserved pay increases. For the past couple of seasons, Bialik and Rauch have only been receiving $200,000, but starting in Season 11, they will be receiving $500,000 each. This deal will extend until the end of Season 12, and a new agreement will be put in place if “Big Bang Theory” will be picked up for Season 13.

“Big Bang Theory” Season 10, episode 24 will air on CBS on May 11 at 8 p.m. EST.
