Blac Chyna's former flame Ferrari spoke to TMZ Wednesday about a lawsuit threat he received from her Attorney Lisa Bloom. The rapper believes Bloom is pulling the strings, claiming that Chyna wouldn't send out a "weak" letter to him.

Ferarri (aka Dejanel Carter) on Friday received a letter from Bloom instructing him to not release nude photos of her client or he will face a lawsuit and other legal consequences. Bloom warned him of the civil and criminal penalties that would arise if he chose to not abide by the warning.

"I think it's weak, honestly," Ferarri said. "I think she's following proper procedures, but at the same time, that's weak because that's not really her character. I hope she just [doesn't have] people in her head. I don't think that was Chyna's actions to send that off to me."

He added, "I've been around lawyers [and] I know how they work. I don't feel like it was in her decision to do that because I feel like Chyna really liked me honestly and I really liked her...How could you do that?"

Ferrari claimed that he's "not really worried about" the Chyna drama anymore because he's focusing on his music, brand, finances and other business endeavors. While he may no longer be on good terms with Chyna, the rapper confirmed to TMZ that his friendship with Rob Kardashian continued to remain strong, adding that "he's a good dude."

Us Weekly acquired and published part of Bloom's letter to Ferrari Wednesday. The letter acknowledged Bloom's awareness of Ferarri's alleged attempt or intent to sell photos of Chyna (aka Angelina White) in which both were unclothed and partially clothed.

"This letter is notice to you that you do not have permission to post online or distribute by any means any sexually explicit photos of Ms. White or of her intimate body parts," Bloom wrote, according to Us Weekly. "We will not hesitate to seek all civil and criminal remedies against you if you post or distribute such photos in any manner to any person."

Bloom referenced the legal consequences that would follow if he violated California's revenge porn law, including a restraining order and potential lawsuit for compensatory damages. Revenge porn in California can also be punishable by a jail sentence.

Ferarri's comments on the restraining order letter come on the heels of Kardashian and Chyna's court hearing Monday. Chyna received everything she asked for from the judge, who gave her a strong restraining order against Kardashian.

"I would like to first and foremost thank the judge for granting me this restraining order to protect me and I'm just going to get back to co-parenting Dream," she said in a press conference Monday after the hearing, according to TMZ.

As International Business Times previously reported, Kardashian went on an Instagram rampage against his ex-fiancée last week. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star revealed explicit images of Chyna, an alleged secret plastic surgery and multiple cheating accusations, among other claims. His exposé moved to Twitter after Instagram suspended his account.

Chyna responded to Kardashian's rampage by hiring Bloom, a top Hollywood attorney. Bloom has represented other celebrities like actress Mischa Barton and supermodel Janice Dickinson.
