An Arkansas weatherman is being questioned by police after he was found sleeping in a hot tub next to a naked dead man who detectives say was wearing a dog collar.

Investigators have not ruled out foul play but have not yet determined what killed the man, identified as Dexter Williams, Fox News reported.

Williams, of Mountain Pine, Ark., was found dead Monday inside the bathtub -- naked and wearing a silver dog collar-style chain around his neck. The man's purported friend, 33-year-old Little Rock Weatherman Brett Cummins, was sleeping next to him at the home in Maumelle, Ark., police said.

Cummins told investigators that Williams was already at the party and he did not know him.

John Barbour, the man who owns the home, told Officer Gregory Roussie that the three men -- Barbour later joined them -- began to drink and snort drugs around 11 p.m. Two hours later, Cummins and Williams went into the Jacuzzi to have a drink. Barbour told authorities he left the two men a short time later to sleep on the couch.

Around 8 a.m. the next morning, Barbour said he began cleaning up the house when he heard loud snoring coming from the hot tub. Barbour claimed he tried to wake up both men, but realized that Williams was dead.

When Cummins woke up, he reportedly screamed and was horrified. He began to vomit, Barbour told detectives.

Maumelle Police spokesman Lt. Jim Hansard told FoxNews.com that traces of blood were found in the bathtub and that authorities are considering foul play in their investigation. He also said police are awaiting the results of an autopsy and toxicology tests conducted Tuesday on Williams.

No charges have been filed.

We have not ruled out foul play, he said. This is an open investigation.

KARK 4 News in Little Rock, where Cummins works as a weatherman, posted a report of the death on its Web site Tuesday.

The report said: Our meteorologist Brett Cummins was at the home at the time of the death and we felt we should share this with our viewers. Brett will not be on air as he is mourning the loss of his friend. Our thoughts go out to the family and friends of Dexter Williams.
