Britney Spears is gearing up for her conservator-free life. Though her team is trying their best to ensure success and stability in her future, her estranged father does not appear to share the same confidence as he is worried about how his daughter will handle being on her own.

A court hearing will seal the fate of the conservatorship on Nov. 12. With the date a month away, Britney's team is already doing their best to ensure she has the support she needs if the decision rules out in her favor.

Ever since Jamie’s removal, the “Criminal” singer’s team has had “multiple discussions about employing trained and trusted people to help her manage her finances,” according to a Britney insider.

A source close to the conservatorship told Page Six that Jamie is deeply concerned for his daughter’s well-being.

“There is genuine concern on Jamie’s end that challenges will come up in Britney’s day-to-day life when and if the conservatorship ends and that she will not know how to handle them properly,” the source said.

However, Britney's unnamed confidant was quick to fire back. “Jamie acts like Britney will be thrown to the wolves and expected to fend for herself without any help, but she’ll have a strong support system around her, including her new fiancé, Sam Asghari,” the confidant said.

The insider further explained, “No one is going to send Britney to the bank alone to cash a check; that would be preposterous. She’ll still have a team to help with her money — just like any celebrity does — but the goal is for those people to not be nearly as restrictive or domineering as conservators.”

John Zabel, one of the key advisors on Britney’s team has been appointed to take over Jamie as a temporary conservator. The pop star's attorney, Mathew Rosengart described Zabel as a “highly esteemed, nationally recognized, award-winning CPA with an impeccable record of serving in positions of trust.”

On the contrary, Rosengart called Jamie “a reported alcoholic and gambling addict, with zero financial background or experience in financial matters, who previously filed for bankruptcy and has a domestic violence restraining order currently in effect against him.”

Now that Jamie is out of the picture, Britney is trying to focus on all the good things in her life, starting with her fiancé Sam Asghari. With the announcement of their engagement and the end of a 13-year long conservatorship, Britney is free to start a new family with Asghari.
