Caitlyn Jenner, 69, surely had a blast when she partied with her son Brandon, 38, in Malibu last Friday night.

In a video she uploaded on Instagram on Saturday, the “I Am Cait” star could be seen flashing a big smile while recording the crowd jamming to the music played by Brandon’s band. Also present in the clip is Brandon himself who is seen hyping up the crowd.

“Fun times with [Brandon] and his band last night,” the Jenner patriarch captioned her post.

In July, Caitlyn’s relationship with her sons made headlines after Brody, 36, admitted in an episode of “The Hills: New Beginnings” that he and his father haven’t really forged a great relationship after Caitlyn, who was then living as Bruce, got married to Kris Jenner.

“I didn’t really grow up with my dad. … When I was really little, we got to spend a little bit of time. When he started you know, obviously with the family, the Kardashian family and all of that, I didn’t really see much of him,” Brody said in a confessional on the show.

Brody went on to say that he no longer expects to make that fatherly connection with Caitlyn since she is now living her life as a woman and is clearly happy about it.

Shortly after the episode aired, Brandon quickly came to Caitlyn’s defense by revealing through an interview that he and his dad are actually very close. He even claimed that the two of them have gotten “closer than ever” after Caitlyn’s transition.

According to Brandon, he and the former Olympian spend a lot of time together since they are both adventurous and share the same hobbies. Apart from driving race cars, both are pilots, so they “like to go and fly” around and look for different airports, visit places and enjoy meals together.

Now it appears Caitlyn and Brandon have another venue for their father-son bonding since the former is very supportive of the latter’s musical exploits. Aside from attending Brandon’s latest gig, Caitlyn has also been promoting her son’s music on social media.

In May, Caitlyn proudly shared Brandon’s music video for “Death of Me” on her Instagram, saying that it’s her new “favorite” from her son’s discography. Three months prior, she also uploaded a clip of Brandon’s live performance on her social media accounts.
