Tony Rock has not forgiven Will Smith for slapping his brother, Chris Rock, during Sunday night's Oscars.

During his stand-up comedy show Friday, Tony, 47, opened his act in Raleigh, North Carolina, with a reference to his older brother being slapped during the Academy Awards ceremony by Smith after making a "G.I. Jane" joke over Jada Pinkett Smith's shaved head. The actress has been open about having alopecia.

In a video uploaded on YouTube, Tony began his stand-up gig by setting up some "ground rules."

"If I say anything tonight anybody got a problem with, you got one motherf—ing option. What you can do about it — absolutely nothing!" he warned the attendees.

"If you think you gonna walk up on this stage, this ain't the motherf—ing Oscars," Tony continued. "And if you walk your a— up here, you ain't nominated for s—t but these motherf—ing hands."

Tony added that he "didn't want to start the show like that," before directly criticizing Smith's assault on his brother. "You gonna hit my motherf–king brother because your b—h gave you a side-eye?" Chris' brother continued.

During the live global broadcast of the Academy Awards, the "Men in Black" actor initially appeared to laugh at Chris' joke until he noticed his wife rolling her eyes, seemingly unimpressed with the jab. Shortly after, Smith stormed the stage and smacked the comedian, who was presenting the award for best documentary feature, across the face.

This wasn't the first time that Tony had spoken up about the incident. While answering fans' questions on Twitter Tuesday, the comedian made it clear that he disapproved of the public apology Smith issued via social media 24 hours after the altercation before noting that his brother is "fine" after the ordeal.

Tony also told his followers that he's "waiting" for Smith to speak directly to his brother and family after a fan pointed out the "Ali" actor's relationship with the comedian over the years.

While Tony continues to slam Smith for attacking his brother, Chris appears to be moving on from the topic, even shutting down a fan who screamed "f–k Will Smith" during his recent show in Boston.

Meanwhile, Smith announced his resignation from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Friday.

In a statement obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, he called his actions at this year's Oscars "shocking, painful and inexcusable." He also said that he would accept any additional consequences that the Academy's Board of Governors deems appropriate.

"I betrayed the trust of the Academy. I deprived other nominees and winners of their opportunity to celebrate and be celebrated for their extraordinary work," Smith wrote. The Academy accepted Smith's resignation and said it will continue to move forward with the disciplinary proceedings against the Oscar winner for violations of the Academy's Standards of Conduct ahead of its next board meeting on April 18.
