Chrissy Teigen did not shower for months after her pregnancy loss, but she just had one earlier this week.

Teigen spoke to her Instagram followers on Monday after she took a shower while wearing a robe and towel on her head. She announced that she had been taking baths because she couldn't stand in the shower in the past months.

"I‘ve been taking baths because I couldn’t stand to be in the shower. I couldn’t, like, physically stand in the shower," Teigen was quoted by Us Weekly as saying.

"I feel really, really good. … I feel very clear and very good."

The "Bring the Funny" judge also thanked her fans and supporters for their warm birthday wishes for her. She also mentioned something that she wished to share with them one day.

"Also, you guys have no idea and I cannot wait to tell you one day. I realize that just left you supremely hanging. I’m sorry. I just mean it’s been a ride. It has been a journey, and I’m happy to be back again," Teigen added.

Last week, the model and wife of John Legend shared a photo of her hugging her mom, Vilailuck Teigen, on a couch with her 4-year-old daughter, Luna. In the caption, she mentioned the hardest days of her life and hinted that she was going through something that she would, again, share with her followers one day.

"One day I will tell you the recent story of the hardest 4 days of my life. for now, here’s me needing my mommy," Teigen wrote.

Teigen and Legend were expecting their third child but lost the baby due to pregnancy complications in September. She was hospitalized days before she delivered the baby. She took to social media and announced how they were feeling after losing the baby whom they had been calling "Jack" while he was in her tummy.

"We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before," she wrote on Instagram.

"We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough.”

After two months, Teigen said she wasn't as active on Twitter because she was in a "grief depression hole." But the celebrity mom, who shares two kids with Legend, Luna, and Miles, 2, assured her fans that she got all the support she needs. She also promised them that she will be "fixed soon."
