The holiday season has only just begun over on Lifetime, but that doesn’t mean Christmas movie fans won’t be able to enjoy another festive holiday film. The newest addition to the It’s A Wonderful Lifetime slate is “Christmas Reservations,” starring Melissa Joan Hart and Ricardo Chavira, which debuts on Saturday night.

Fans certainly know the two stars of the film, with Hart not only famous for her work in shows like “Clarissa Explains It All,” “Sabrina the Teenage Witch,” “Melissa and Joey” and “No good Nick,” but also for a full slate of holiday films, including Freeform’s “Holiday in Handcuffs” in 2007 and Hallmark Channel’s “Broadcasting Christmas” in 2016. She has also previously starred in three additional Lifetime Christmas films--“The Santa Con” in 2014, “A Very Merry Toy Store” in 2017 and “A Very Nutty Christmas” in 2018. In addition, she will also be returning as a producer on her newest film, which is co-produced by her company, Hartbreak Films.

Chavira, meanwhile, is making his official debut not only in a Christmas film but on Lifetime overall. He has previously worked on several television shows, however, including “Desperate Housewives,” “Santa Clarita Diet,” “Jane the Virgin” and “Scandal.”

So what will happen when Chavira makes his big debut with Hart? According to a synopsis, the spirit of holiday romance could make an old flame burn bright once again.

“It’s Christmas at the Treeline Ski Resort, where Holly (Hart) is the event coordinator at her family lodge. She plans every event and keeps all the guests happy,” the synopsis reads. “But when he college sweetheart (Chavira) now widowed with two children, checks in, Holly discovers she has her own reservations about life and love.”

Naturally, seeing her college sweetheart is going to be tough for Holly, but it might be even more difficult when she learns about what his life has been like since they split. Will their past threaten her ability to give his family a Christmas to remember, or will both of them always remember this holiday for different reasons?

“Christmas Reservations” airs Saturday at 8 p.m. EDT on Lifetime.
