UPDATE: English version of the teaser released. Watch it here.

Clash Of Clans’ next big update is on the horizon, and a trailer for the patch has leaked from Japan. In the clip, a Hog Rider, Pig and Wizard ponder what’s on the other side of the ocean. How might the Shipwreck feature relate to this tease?

We’ve embedded the only known mirror of the teaser below, but, since we don’t anticipate it being hosted forever, we’ll describe it to you. The translation comes from tennababy of the Clash Of Clans subreddit. Here’s a transcription of the dialogue.

Hog Rider: Hey everyone, what do you think is on the other side of the sea?
Pig: I don't know. (proceeds to walk off)
Wizard: First of all, how do we get there?

The Hog Rider envisions being tossed by a Giant, the Wizard considers being shot out of a cannon and the duo jointly thinks about being carried by a Dragon.
Hog Rider: Hey Barbarian, do you have any good ideas?
(Barbarian charges into the sea)
Wizard: It looks like we'll be using a boat.
Pig: That's right!

As this is said, the Shipwreck boat sails into view with the Clash Of Clans logo. The small text below it asks “what’s on the other side of the sea.” In English, it’s said that an answer to that question is coming soon.

Read: Clash Of Clans’ Next Update Is Being Polished For Release

This leaked teaser trailer arrives mere hours after Supercell confirmed the game’s next major update was being polished for release. However, as prepared as this video appears, fans shouldn’t expect any sneak peeks this week. Representatives have said the studio wants every new feature to be perfectly implemented before anything is made public.

Those who follow Clash Of Clans closely will know this update leak isn’t the only one to go live over the last few days. Over the weekend, our friends at iDigitalTimes posted a Chinese visual teaser that seemingly confirms multi-Village support and a speed-focused Night Mode. The ship seen in the trailer is assumingly what allows exchanges between Villages of different Town Hall levels. Prior to this patch, it wasn’t easy to transition between multiple settlements at once.

Clash Of Clans is available now on Android and iOS.
