The crypto market showed signs of growth Friday, but the leading cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin (BTC) and Ether (ETH) failed to break into the $21,000 and $1,200 price levels, respectively. However, these cryptocurrencies jumped 1.48% and 7.67% in the last 24 hours.

According to CoinMarketCap data, ETH outperformed BTC in the last 24 hours, and as of 12:09 a.m. ET, the prices of these tokens were $20,584 and $1,198. The market dominance of BTC dropped to 42.40% while that of ETH rose to 15.71%, as per the data, confirming that BTC is not performing well.

Furthermore, the market capitalization of the entire crypto space stood at $925 billion as of 12:12 a.m. ET and rose 2.73% in the last 24 hours.

The biggest gainers among the top 10 cryptocurrencies, excluding Ethereum, included Solana (SOL) and Ripple (XRP) which rose by 8.11% and 7.27%, respectively. As of 12:14 a.m. ET, the prices of these tokens stood at $$0.344 and $37.43.

The biggest performers in the market included Celsius token (CEL), Polygon (MATIC), Uniswap (UNI) and Cosmos (ATOM). These tokens rose by 33%, 9.5%, 14% and 10%, respectively in the last 24 hours. The prices for these tokens as of 12:14 a.m. ET were $0.7407, $0.7086, $7.04 and $9.06.

The not-so-well performing tokens were Binance Coin (BNB), Cardano (ADA), Tron (TRX), and meme coins Shiba Inu and Dogecoin. These tokens surged by 2.33%, 2.30%, 1.71%, 1.67% and 2.04%, respectively. The prices of these tokens as of 12:27 a.m. ET were $237.55, $0.4438, $0.067, $0.00001062 and $0.062.
