“Marvel’s Daredevil” Season 2 is only five weeks away, but fans have yet to see much footage of it. However, a promotional video on social media indicated they will get new scenes soon. A release date for the full trailer has been revealed.

The video is an image of Daredevil’s (Charlie Cox) mask morphing into the Punisher’s (Jon Bernthal) logo. “You know you’re one bad day away from being me,” the Punisher says. The 21-second video reveals a full trailer will be released Monday.

This probably isn’t the first time viewers have heard the Punisher talk. In another promo video to celebrate the Chinese New Year, many fans believe it’s the vigilante who says, “Bang,” in the last few seconds.

The Punisher, aka Frank Castle, will be a major player in the second season of the Marvel and Netflix drama. Castle and Matt Murdoch, aka Daredevil, have very different ideas of justice. The Punisher is willing to kill the criminals who get on his bad side. However, he isn’t a straight villain. The producers are planning to make it hard for the audience to pick a side.

“Viewers watching the show will be rooting for this guy with a gun, but we’re also going to force people — the way we force Matt — to second-guess themselves,” executive producer Doug Petrie told Entertainment Weekly in December. “Taking lethal justice into your own hands in America in 2015 is tricky s---. We have not shied away from the rich complicated reality of now. If you’ve got a gun and you’re not the police, you’re going to incite strong feelings. We’re stirring the pot, and we’re aware of the headlines where we live, and we’re trying to get people to think.”

Get used to the new vigilante because he could be around Netflix's portion of the Marvel Cinematic Universe for quite a while. Deadline reported that a spinoff starring the Punisher is a serious possibility.

All 13 episodes of “Marvel’s Daredevil” Season 2 premiere on Netflix Friday, March 18.
