Good news had arrived in the form of an antidote bringing Will back and saving him from dying. However, that news will quickly be followed up with a different devastating reveal for the members of the Brady family on the Thursday, June 20 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

When Will (Chandler Massey) was unconscious, he saw Caroline’s (Peggy McCay) ghost and revealed that when he came back on the NBC soap. However, what he didn’t realize is that he saw his great-grandmother for a reason—she had just passed away in her sleep. Now, after Roman (Josh Charles) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) learns the truth about their mom, they will be forced to share the news and inform everyone else in Salem that Caroline is gone. Naturally, news that she has passed won’t go over well with many people, and she will be deeply missed.

“Kayla tells Victor (John Aniston) about Caroline’s death,” spoilers reveal.

Victor will be one of the people who mourns her the hardest, as spoilers also reveal that he will share a moment with Hope (Kristian Alfonso) as she comforts him during the mourning process. However, he won’t be the only one who takes the news hard.

Naturally, as Sami (Allison Sweeney) hears her grandmother has passed she will be devastated, and she will also have to break the news to her son, who could feel guilt that he survived and think it was at his great-grandmother's expense.

“Sami breaks the news about Caroline to Will,” spoilers state.

As the news spreads though, it won’t take long for everyone to decide that the best thing to do is honor Caroline’s memory in the only way they know how-by setting up a special memorial service which will allow all of her family to return home and share their memories of the beloved matriarch.

“Family and friends gather at the pub to share stories about the beloved Brady matriarch,” spoilers reveal.

“Days of Our Lives” airs weekdays on NBC.
