Another Hollywood cast is reuniting to help encourage increased voter turnout ahead of the Presidential election, with the A-list cast of 1993 film “Dazed and Confused” set to virtually reunite for an event on Oct. 11 to help raise money for Texas’ mail-in voting efforts.

According to a Tweet by March For Science, the original cast of the cult classic film, including Matthew McConaughey, Ben Affleck, Parker Posey and Jason London, are set to reunite for a virtual table read. The event will be hosted by the Voto Latino Foundation and March For Science and will be moderated by Patton Oswalt. Those who want to watch the table-read, which should also feature Anthony Rapp, Adam Goldberg, Nicky Katt, Joey Lauren Adams, Wiley Wiggins, Marissa Ribisi, Cole Hauser and Rory Cochrane can RSVP for the live stream of the event with any donation at the event’s ActBlue page.

The cast is the latest ensemble to reunite in order to encourage higher voter turnouts on Election Day, after “The Princess Bride,” “Parks and Recreation” and “Veep” casts also did so. The focus on Texas, in particular, has been great for the 2020 election, because while the state has often been guaranteed for the GOP, there is a belief it could go blue in their year’s election, the first time it would have done so since 1976 when Jimmy Carter was elected to office.

The fundraiser was announced on the heels of Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s announcement that he was ordering counties in the state to close multiple ballot drop-off sites, limiting each county to one site, where poll watchers would be allowed to observe the deliveries made by voters.
