Ryan Reynolds, the star of such movies as “Deadpool” and “Detective Pikachu,” has some choice words as fans de-cry Sony Picture’s re-acquisition of the rights to “Spider-Man” movies. The actor is weighing in on the recent news that Kevin Feige will no longer be producing any future “Spider-Man” films after both studios failed to reach an agreement.

MCU fans were understandably crushed by the news, with one saying that Marvel already “lost” Tony Stark this year, so why did Peter Parker had to follow so soon? The user followed up by using a scene from “Endgame,” saying that Tony Stark “did not DIE for this.”

Reynold’s genius came in when a fan tweet caught his attention. This fan asked for a “Spider-Man” and “Deadpool” movie now, tagging both “Spider-Man” actor Tom Holland and Reynolds. Ever one to spin words, the father of two responded with a cryptic “you can only see it in my heart” tweet.

The actor previously took to Instagram to troll fans, suggesting that there will be a “Deadpool 3,” and that it would most probably come with the rest of Marvel’s Phase 5 movies.

Deadline reported that Fox’s Marvel superheroes have indeed been transferred under Feige’s direction, with the inclusion of Deadpool. Other details about the franchise weren’t revealed, however.

Reynold’s Instagram post consisted of a cork board with different pictures, even ones of his wife, Blake Lively, and Hugh Jackman, who played “Wolverine” and had been engaged with the actor in a friendly troll war. He completed it with the caption “investigation heading into year 5. Or as I call it, ‘Phase 5.’”

The future is unsure now, what with Marvel and Sony failing to come to terms on a continuation of what has been fruitful years for “Spider-Man.” Fans have asked Reynolds to use his “star power” to salvage the “Spider-Man” situation, but Sony made sure that there are already two movies in the works with Tom Holland set to reprise Spidey. Fans will have to wait and see if Marvel will still producing it.
