Fifth Harmony is having a bad week.

After the announcement that Camila Cabello is leaving the group, rumors are swirling that Ally Brooke Hernandez is also on her way out. Fans of the girl group noticed that the singer has unfollowed the group’s Instagram account, prompting them to believe that she is taking Cabello’s side.

While there has been no known feud between the members of the group, many are curious as to why Hernandez decided to unfollow the group’s account, especially since she has not removed Cabello from her list. She is also still following the other members of the group — Normandi Kordei, Dinah Jane Hansen and Lauren Jauregui.

Fifth Harmony announced Cabello’s exit from the group via a statement posted on their Twitter account. The letter to fans, which was signed by the four remaining members of the group, said that they learned of Cabello’s plan to depart the group via her representatives. Despite losing a member, the four decided to move forward as “committed women” who want to make their fans happy.

Meanwhile, Cabello countered the statement, saying she had several conversations with her groupmates about her intention to leave and pursue a solo career. "Just like the girls said in their statement about their plans, I had also planned to continue with my own solo endeavors in the new year but did not intend to end things with Fifth Harmony this way.”

The girls called Cabello out in another statement, saying the conversations she mentioned never happened. “We have spent the past year and a half (since her initial solo endeavor) trying to communicate to her and her team all of the reasons why we felt Fifth Harmony deserved at least one more album of her time, given the success of this past year that we all worked so hard for,” the group said in a statement posted to Hernandez’s Instagram account.

In the end, Cabello pushed through with her plan to leave, according to the group.
