  • The encounter allegedly happened at a party after Diplo's Las Vegas show in 2019

  • Diplo allegedly told her she couldn't leave unless she performed oral sex on him

A woman has filed a lawsuit against Thomas Wesley Pentz, professionally known as Diplo, for allegedly forcing her to perform oral sex on him while filming her.

The DJ's lawyer has denied the claim saying, the plaintiff's accusations are almost identical to those made by her alleged friend last month.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, the woman claimed she had been invited to attend Diplo's after-party following his Las Vegas concert in 2019. According to the woman, she attended the party with her friends, who were already drunk when they arrived at the venue.

The plaintiff claimed that Diplo had plied the woman and her friends with weed and alcohol during the party before inviting her into his private room. The bouncers allegedly kicked everyone else out of the room, including a male friend who was punched by the DJ's security team when he refused to leave her alone with him.

In her declaration, the woman alleged Diplo of telling her she could not leave the room unless she would perform oral sex on him. She said she had no choice but to give in to the 42-year-old DJ's demand. She also accused him of filming the act without her consent.

In response to the lawsuit, Diplo's camp denied the claims said the plaintiff was connected to Shelly Auguste, the woman who also sued Diplo in June for sexual battery. Auguste claimed at that time the DJ had also filmed their encounter without her consent.

"This complaint is completely outrageous, wildly untrue, and yet also entirely predictable, given that it simply repeats the exact same claim already made by the plaintiff's friend Shelly Auguste, an individual who has been harassing Mr. Pentz and his family for more than a year and already has repeatedly violated the restraining order issued against her," Bryan Freedman, Diplo's attorney, said as per Page Six.

"We have irrefutable evidence that this is a completely meritless claim and we will be providing it to a court as quickly as we possibly can to put an end to this shakedown by Ms. Auguste and her accomplices once and for all," Freedman added.
