KEY POINTS

  • Ivanka Trump is one of the top picks for the 2024 presidential elections by Republicans
  • Donald Trump Jr. beats Ivanka Trump in the poll
  • Donald Trump Jr. and Ivanka Trump could become the next president of the United States

Donald Trump’s two eldest children, Don Jr., and Ivanka, have been named as two of the top four Republican picks for president in 2024.

In a SurveyMonkey poll for Axios, Don Jr. ranked second with 29 percent of the votes. His biggest competition in the 2024 presidential elections, if he chooses to run, could be Mike Pence. The latter received 40 percent of the votes.

Ivanka, on the other hand, ranked fourth in the polls with 16 percent of the votes.

According to Express, the first daughter’s work within the organization has been her biggest selling point. Ivanka has been working as the POTUS’ advisor and some of her biggest contributions include education and economic empowerment, job creation, skills training and more.

Don Jr., on the other hand, is one of the most prominent defenders of his dad, President Trump. His book “Triggered: How the Left Thrives on Hate and Wants to Silence Us,” reached the number one spot on the New York Times bestseller list.

Meanwhile, despite the favorable poll results for the Trumps, there have been reports that Don Jr. and Ivanka have actually been feuding.

In September, The Cut published a story with a cryptic headline: “So, Do Don Jr. and Ivanka Hate Each Other Or What?”

The publication claimed that one of the reasons why there’s friction between the siblings is the fact that Ivanka is their father’s favorite child. But ever since Don Jr. became a crucial part of the POTUS’s re-election campaign, Ivanka and her family could feel threatened.

According to the Atlantic, Ivanka and Don Jr. are competing for the top spot, and there’s a cold war between the siblings. But at the end of the day, it is still Ivanka who the POTUS had been training to take over his dynasty.

However, this doesn’t mean that she would also be the one to take over her dad’s position. Based on the poll results, Don Jr. just might be elected for the top job four years down the line.
