The spoilers for "Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai" Episode 79 suggest Hym has beaten death to arrive at Vearn Palace. Now, he is ready to face Hyunckel.

Hym, who has been blessed with Hadlar's spirit, has evolved into a fine warrior. Meanwhile, Hyunckel has spent all his aura and is struggling against his opponent.

In the last episode of the series, Crocodine found Zaboera who managed to survive the battle.

Zaboera was severely wounded, yet he tried to flex his power in front of Crocodine, who could easily kill him.

He was out of magic powers and Crocodine could see he was bluffing. He knew Lon Beruk's attack drained Zaboera's Magic Power and he barely made it out.

Meanwhile, Zaboera was feeling cornered and he was shocked that Crocodine could see through his lies. He wondered if he could still come up with something to outsmart the beast.

At this point, Crocodine declared that it was over for Zaboera and the former picked his weapon to prepare for the kill strike.

"After the battle of Loroi Valley, Crocodine finds Zaboera who managed to survive. Meanwhile, Hyunckel battles the monster horde. Then an unexpected individual appears...," read the official synopsis of "Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai" Episode 78, according to Crunchyroll.
