Earnings season is slowly winding down, but there are still many key sector-moving and market-moving companies set to report their quarterly results in the coming week.

Among the 393 companies in the S&P 500 (INDEXSP:.INX) that have reported earnings so far, 73 percent have topped analysts’ expectations, in line with the average beat rate over the past four years, data at FactSet showed. However, the proportion of companies reporting revenue above estimates -- 55 percent -- is below the four-year average. That said, this is only the second time in the past five quarters that more than one-half of the companies have reported results topping revenue expectations.

We ran a screen and produced a list of 36 notable companies set to report their earnings Aug. 5-9. We have highlighted their expected reporting dates and times, along with analysts’ earnings-per-share (fully reported) and revenue estimates from Reuters, as well as the stocks’ year-to-date performances.
