The country's natural gas storage is down 0.2 percent from last year, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration's latest report.

As of the week ending Nov. 4, the country's natural gas stock fell 6 billion cubic feet from last year at this time. Totalling 3,831 bcf, the nation's natural gas storage this past week, however, represents a 37 bcf net increase from last week.

Despite the year-to-year dip, the administration's report noteed stocks were 215 bcf above the 5-year average of 3,616 bcf. All natural gas producing ares of the nation this past week reported natural gas production above the 5-year average.
