Sony announced its lineup in the upcoming Taipei Game Show, and it includes some third-party titles like “Elden Ring.” The “game was first announced during E3 2019, where a video of the upcoming game was shown. Since then, fans have not heard anything from the game developer, and they are hoping that the forthcoming TGS would be the next venue where to could learn more about the game and perhaps hear about its release window.

This year is a strong year for the video game industry, with various companies showing off their offerings as early as January. Aside from the CES 2020, the Taipei Game Show this year is one of the most awaited gaming events among fans. And, it appears that Sony has already confirmed its lineup for the upcoming event, happening between Feb. 6 and Feb. 9 in Taiwan.

As usual, Sony’s list of titles for the Taipei Game Show includes big JRPG and anime-inspired titles like the “One Piece Pirate Warriors 4” and “Fairy Tail.” Sony will not only go soft on high-end releases as “Resident Evil Resistance,” “Elden Ring,” and “Cyberpunk 2077” will also be on the company’s show. “Elden Ring” is a surprise considering that we have not heard about the game since E3 2019.

Despite Sony’s extensive lineup at the Taipei Game Show, there is no guarantee that we will be hearing news about them during the event. Perhaps for some titles, we might get announced trailers that we have seen in the past. Last week, several fans spotted a New Year’s Card of FromSoftware, the team behind “Elden Ring,” may have given away the release window of the much-awaited game.

The New Year’s Card states “Elden Ring” in June. But, it could also be a reference to the E3 2019 announcement trailer that FormSoftware released. “Elden Ring” is one of the most mysterious titles in development for gaming consoles and PC, with Hidetaka Mizayaki claiming that it is FromSoftware’s biggest game yet.
