  • Rhoades doesn't recommend getting cosmetic fixes for things that can be addressed without going under knife

Ex-porn star Lana Rhoades opened up about getting cosmetic procedures done because of low self-esteem.

In episode 2 of “3 Girls 1 Kitchen,” the OnlyFans star and her cohosts Alexa Adams and Olivia Davis talked about going under the knife and how social media has become an avenue of distorting people’s image. Rhoades confessed that she wasn’t as confident about her appearance when she was younger as she is now.

“From a young age, low self-esteem, I got like a bunch of fillers in my face, fillers in my butt, fake boobs. At the time I had all of those things I was probably photoshopping myself the most while I had the most fillers and plastic surgery because it makes you look weird,” the social media star shared.

“So then I would photoshop it to make myself look normal. Luckily, I’ve been able to reverse and dissolve all the filler that I’ve done and make my butt smaller,” she added, noting that she used to be a pretty girl growing up.

Rhoades went on to remind fans who may be considering plastic surgery to reconsider this move and instead work on areas that they can naturally address. She admitted, “I highly regret a lot of choices that I made as a younger female.”

The hosts of the new YouTube series also talked about how people only get to see the most eye-catching and stunning features of users on social media and not the flaws. This was after Davis and Adams pointed out how Rhoades looks amazing in her posts on Instagram.

“There’s definitely things in real life that people don’t see like the scars, hyperpigmentation on my butt. Girls, no one is perfect. What you see online, I was probably standing in front of the ring light that’s hiding the hyperpigmentation,” Rhoades revealed.

Rhoades has always been vocal about what she believes in, including not wanting girls to follow in her footsteps in the porn industry because of her traumatic experience. Recently, she admitted she struggled during her last months shooting professional porn to the point that she wanted to give up.

“Probably the last two months that I shot porn I would go home and I would call my friend Stephanie and cry and be like ‘girl I wanna kill myself, I can’t do this anymore. They want me to do this disgusting s--- the next day, I’ll have to do this hardcore scene, I can’t do it, ” Rhoades shared.
