  • Lana Rhoades urged fans to think about whether it's worth getting back together with an ex first before making a decision
  • She suggested trying the "no contact rule" to give both parties time to think
  • Rhoades said she is no longer in contact with her ex, Mike Majlak, because she's "fed up"

Lana Rhoades is dishing on exes and how she deals with them nearly two weeks after confirming her split from YouTuber Mike Majlak.

Rhoades is no stranger to the idea of getting back with an ex-boyfriend. The former porn star and Majlak broke up in October last year but got back together a week later. Last month, however, the two confirmed that they have parted ways and that their split is final this time around.

While discussing reconciling with exes on her, Olivia Davis and Alexa Adams' podcast "3 Girls 1 Kitchen," Rhoades advised fans to ask themselves first if anything would change if they decide to get back together with an ex.

"Most of the time, nothing will change, so are you willing to deal with what you are already putting up with? Think all those things that they did that you didn't like, that don't work for you, that upset you all the time," she said.

"And if those things wouldn't change or maybe would be worse because they're doing even more right now and you already know about it,” Rhoades laughed. "Not from my experience. Why would f--k would you go back to them, they're just gonna make you mad every single day."

But for those who want to try and reunite with an ex, Rhoades suggested enforcing a "no contact rule."

"So guys, the no contact rule, it varies, you can do a 30-day no contact rule, I believe that's the minimum," Rhoades said, as one of her co-hosts chimed in that it's between 21 to 90 days.

"That period gives them time not only to miss you and think about things but also gives you time to think about things, analyze them, work on yourself and ultimately, I think, I think the main principle of this method is the ego that we're talking about," she added. "Yes, they want to come back because they're like 'why doesn't she care,' 'why doesn't she want to talk to me' and I believe that's the main principle."

Rhoades said she has tried this method in the past and that it worked. However, she admitted she didn't wait for 20 to 90 days because her exes would come back after less than a week.

The OnlyFans star also shared that she is currently not on speaking terms with Majlak. However, she made it clear that she is doing it not to get back together with the YouTuber but because "I'm just fed up and there's no reason for us to talk."

Prior to the latest episode of her podcast, Rhoades asked fans to stop asking about her relationship with Majlak. "We are broken up and not getting back together this time. Now leave me alone about it," she posted on her Instagram story last month.

Majlak also addressed their split in a video uploaded shortly after Rhoades' post. He also confirmed that reconciliation is not likely this time around.

"My relationship is over. I'm no longer dating Lana. We broke up," he explained. "It's not like the other breakups that we've had. We're not talking. I have her blocked across the board. We're not speaking to each other."

"I've got nothing bad to say about her. I love the girl. She's incredible. She's been great, and I hope that we're able to be friends and s--t in the future," he added.
