Fuuto, the Windy City, is where the wind is everything. It brings small joys and tremendous sorrows to the citizens.

"Fuuto Pi" Episode 1 introduces the mysterious beings known as Dopants who destroy things using USB-like devices called Gaia Memories.

The Gaia Memories turn the criminals into Dopants, who are powerful monsters. However, there are two heroes who vow to bring peace back to Fuuto.

Shotaro Hidari, an indecisive private detective, and his partner Philip set to out to become Kamen Rider W and protect the city.

“In Fuuto, better known as the Windy City, mysterious beings called Dopants wreak havoc by using the dangerous Gaia Memories. However, there are also heroes who utilize the Gaia Memories to fight these criminals: a half-boiled and indecisive PI named Shotaro Hidari, and his partner Philip, an intellectual-type PI. The two transform into Kamen Rider W—the legendary hero of Fuuto city!” read the official synopsis of the anime, as per Crunchyroll.

The cast of the anime includes Yoshimasa Hosoya as Shotaro Hidari/Kamen Rider W, Kouki Uchiyama as Philip/Kamen Rider W, Mikako Komatsu as Akiko Narumi, Makoto Furukawa as Ryu Terui/Kamen Rider Accel, Daisuke Ono as Yukiji Bando, and Akira Sekine as Tokime.

The opening theme of "Fuuto Pi" anime is titled "Private Eye" and is performed by Big Gadgets ft. Aya Kamiki with TAKUYA. The ending theme is called "Tsumi to Batsu to Angura" by Mitsuru Matsuoka.

"Fuuto Pi" anime is based on the original work by Masaki Satou, Riku Sanjo, and Shotaro Ishinomori. The series is directed by Yousuke Kabashima and the series composition is handled by Tatsuto Higuchi.

The music of the series is composed by Shuhei Naruse and Kotaro Nakagawa. The character design is by Hidekazu Ebina and the art direction is taken care of by Yukihiro Watanabe.

Hidekazu Ebina and Sei Komatsubara are credited as chief animation directors. Jin Aketagawa is roped in for sound direction.

The anime is produced at Studio KAI.
